Hands Controls
The Veigel right hand controls are considered the premier hand control for reasons of quality, ease of use and appearance in the vehicle.
Veigel Hand Control Options:
3300 Push Rock
The 3300 Push Rock comes standard with a removable handle for added safety. Removing the handle disables the hand control preventing other drivers from accidentally operating the hand control. The 3300 Push Rock hand control can be configured in two ways and can be configured with any of the five optional handles or hand grips.
3400 Push Pull
The 3400 Push Pull hand control offers convenient adjustment of brake and gas leverage. This means your mobility equipment dealer can configure the effort required to brake and gas specific to your driving comfort. As with all of the Mobility Products & Design hand controls the 3400 push pull can be configured in many ways to suit your individual needs. There are seven configurations available.
3500 Push Right Angle
The 3500 Push Right Angle is a classic hand control design that has been a favorite of many for decades. The simple operation and clean install are two main reasons for the popularity of this hand control over the years. As with all of the Mobility Products & Design hand controls the 3500 push right angle can be configured in many ways to suit your individual needs. The are seven configuration options available.
3700 Push Pull
The 3700 Push Pull is an original design for the floor mounted push pull control and is designed for use in full size vans as well as lowered floor minivans that are equipped with power steering, power brakes, and automatic transmission. This design is best suited as a low cost alternative to a high technology driving system for drivers with quadriplegia. It is designed for many adjustments, both in stroke and effort, vertical height and horizontal position.
Detroit Electronic Push Right Angle
The Veigel Detroit Electronic Left Hand Control (ELHC) has been designed for ease of function, more leg room and smoother acceleration for the driver. By removing the accelerator rod and adding a preprogrammed accelerator sensor, acceleration is now 100% electronic. With the Veigel Detroit Electronic Push Right Angle you push forward to brake and push down towards your lap to accelerate. Also available in a non-electronic version.
Detroit Electronic Push Rock
With the Veigel Detroit Push Rock you pull down with a rocking motion to accelerate. To brake, you always push forward. This Veigel Detroit Electronic Left Hand Control has been designed for ease of function, more leg room and smoother acceleration. By removing the accelerator rod and adding a preprogrammed accelerator sensor, acceleration is now 100% electronic. This option is available in a non-electronic version.
Detroit Electronic Push Pull
With the Veigel Detroit Push Pull you pull the handle towards the body. To brake, you always push forward. The unique feature of the Push Pull style hand control is the separate motion for acceleration and brake. This means the accelerator and brake cannot be used simultaneously, making it a safer choice for older drivers. This option is available in a non-electronic version.
4120 Classic II
This Veigel right hand control is considered the premier hand control for reasons of quality, ease of use and apearance in the vehicle. With the Veigel 4120 Classic II you push to brake, turn to accelerate. The unique accelerator motion allows the driver to adjust the seat close to the hand control without affecting operation.
4220 Compact II
With the Veigel 4220 Compact II you push to brake, pull to accelerate. The unique push pull motion prevents simultaneous use of the gas and brake making it a good choice for older drivers and drivers with neural deficits. This Veigel right hand control is considered a premier hand control for reasons of quality, ease of use and appearance in the vehicle.
4300 Basic
With the Veigel 4300 Basic you push to brake, pull to accelerate. The 4300 Basic is designed to be a low cost alternative to the 4220 Compact II. By eliminating the decorative cover the Basic offers the same function and quality at a reduced price. Also available: 4300 Basic with Tri-pin and switches.

MyCommand Multi-function Steering Device
The MyCommand multi-function steering device enables you to operate vehicle secondary functions such as windshield wipers, turn signals, horn, head lights, etc. easily and safely. With just one hand on the steering wheel, a driver car steer while managing electronic function.
Veigel Steering Knob
The Veigel steering knob is made of durable OEM automotive material allowing it to remain comfortable temperature to touch in the heat of the summer and the cold of the winter. The ergonomic shape fits comfortably in the palm of your hand and the mounting base is small allowing it to fit in the smaller spaces of the steering wheels. Available in black or grey.
MPD Steering Knob
The Mobility Products and Design steering knob is available in black, gray and wood grain to integrate better with the vehicle interior. The mounting base is small which allows it to fit in the smaller spaces of the steering wheels.
Single Pin Foam Grip
The Single Pin Foam Grip has a soft foam handle grip and smooth steering mount. The secure grip gives you comfortable control of your vehicle.
V-Grip Steering
With a foam-grip single pin and foam-covered aluminum wrap providing backhand support, your hand stays securely and comfortable in place. You can easily adjust the single pin to find the steering grip thats just right for you. Easily replaceable foam covers for comfort.
Palm Grip Steering
Only Mobility Products & Designs offers you this lightweight aluminum wrap. You can adjust it to comfortably fit your hand, and its firm strength holds that shape for secure steering control. The soft, sheepskin liner protects your hand, and keeps you warm in the winter. An unique finger rest protects your fingers, plus the raised device keeps them from having little contact with the steering wheel. Ideal for arthritis suffers.
Amputee Ring Steering
Designed for those using a prosthetic hook (typical with two fingers). One finger goes on the outside of the ring, the other finger goes on the inside, securing you to the steering wheel for smooth handling.
Tri Pin Grip Steering
Your hand and wrist are comfortably secure with this lightweight three-pin grip. The pins are fully adjustable, so you can easily find your individual comfort setting. An available counter weight takes away the Tri-pin Grips weight, so you can mount it on the either side of your steering wheel. Easily replaceable foam covers for comfort.
Tri Pin Counter Balance
A Counter Balance may be used in conjunction with the Tri-Pin grip. The Counter Balance minimizes the fatigue to the driver by offsetting the weight of the Tri-Pin grip whether on an extended or short trip. This is especially important on vehicles equipped with modified steering systems. The Counter Balance is readily removable for ambulatory drivers without tools. Standard weight is 24 oz and now available in 4 oz and 8 oz weights.
Foot Controls
Veigel Foot Controls provide drivers easier access to the brake, clutch or gas pedals with the correct pedal for you needs.
Veigel Foot Control:
Electronic Left Foot Accelerator
A separate key is required to turn the system on and a toggle switch to transfer function to the left accelerator pedal after the vehicle has been started. When done so, only the left pedal is functional. No need for an accelerator guard as the the OEM pedal (right) is not operational. The system always defaults to the right side accelerator pedal after the vehicles ignition has been turned off.
3545 Left Foot Accelerator
The Left Foot Accelerator is easily installed using the quick release base – making it easier to remove for other drivers. It allows you to use your left foot to accelerate, while the pedal guard protects the right accelerator.
MPD Accelerator Guard
This product protects you from inadvertently resting your foot on the accelerator. It installs quickly and easily and it mounts on the same base bracket as the left foot accelerator pedal. It’s also detachable, so other drivers can use your vehicle. It is recommended for use with hand controls.
MPD Adjustable Accelerator / Brake Guard
The Adjustable Accelerator/Brake Guard has a three position adjustment feature to maximize legroom. It protects the driver from inadvertently placing their foot on the accelerator or brake pedal. Our product is sturdy and comes with a quick release mechanism that allows the guard to be easily removed without tools, providing full access to the factory pedals.
MPD Accelerator / Brake Guard
This control prevents the driver from inadvertently pressing the accelerator or brake pedal or placing a foot underneath either pedal.
Veigel Accelerator / Brake Guard with Trim
An important safety element that prevents unintentional use of pedals. The Veigel Pedal Guard solution is stylish and safe. This pedal guard can be removed in seconds with out the use of tools when an ambulatory driver uses the vehicle. Universal and vehicle specific applications available.
MPD Accelerator / Brake Guard Lowered Floor
This control prevents the driver from inadvertently pressing the accelerator or brake pedal or placing a foot underneath either pedal. Used in lowered floor minivans.

Extension Controls
The controls of today’s vehicles have options which can be difficult for some drivers to reach or engage. Veigel Extension Controls bring everything within reach.

Column Mount Multi-Function Turn Signal Lever Extension
This multi-function turn signal extension mounts to the trim cover of the steering column with loose fit on the signal stalk. By adding a second pivot point at the steering column we have increased the functionality by allowing the driver to access OEM features available when pushing forward or back on the turn signal lever.
Right Hand Turn Signal Lever Extension
This lightweight crossover lever operates your turn signals easily. We install these products using bands, not screws, leaving your vehicles interior in its original condition.
Drop Style Turn Signal Lever Extension
This lightweight crossover lever operates your turn signals easily. We install these products using bands, not screws, leaving your vehicles interior in its original condition. This turn signal lever can be operated while still having your hand on your hand control.
Park Brake Extension
Long, sturdy, and easy to reach, this extension makes setting your parking brake a simple task. It adjusts easily for use in a variety of vehicles.

Button Style Gear Selector Lever Extension
This button style gear selector lever is designed to shift in one easy motion – proving better leverage.
Rotary Style Gear Selector Extension
Rotary Style Gear Selector Extension can be used on either dash or center console mounted shifters. The “Ships Wheel” design allows for extra leverage for those with limited hand or finger dexterity.
Gated Gear Selector Extension - Horizontal
This horizontal gear selector is designed for the newer vehicles. This can be used with dash or center console mount gated gear selectors. With gated gear selector, there are no buttons, allowing for better leverage and smoother shifting.

T-Handle Mounted Gear Selector Extension
Our T-handle style extension enable the driver to push in the gear selector button (side mount) and move the gear selector lever in one easy motion.
Column Gear Selector Extension
Our column gear selector can be mounted on the left or right side of your steering wheel, depending on your preference. An extension means extra leverage for the right-hand location. (The right-hand extension is shown.)
Hand Style Parking Brake Handle Extension
Our hand style parking brake enables the driver to push-in the parking brake button and move the parking brake lever in one easy motion.
Key Extension
Key extensions are designed to provide better leverage when starting your vehicle. This product can be used anywhere that you would use a key, your vehicle, your office, your own front door. These extensions are available for most all automotive key shapes as well as standard house keys.
